June 17, 2024 is the last day to complete the evaluation and request CME MOC.
You should claim only credits commensurate with the extent of your participation. **Posters, mentoring, and networking sessions are not eligible for credit.**
At the end of the evaluation, you will be asked if you wish to request CME. The maximum number of CME (MOC) available for this event is 24.00 hours for participation in sessions between May 15 - 18.
Only ABIM diplomates are eligible for MOC. To claim MOC, complete the Overall Meeting Evaluation and the MOC Assessment. Please provide your ABIM number and Month/Day of Birth. SGIM cannot submit MOC without this information.
To claim your certificate:
- You must have registered and attended the May 15 -18 Annual Meeting in Boston
- Complete the Overall Meeting Evaluation
- (optional) If requesting MOC, complete the MOC Assessment
- Click on SGIM 2024 Certificate
- Click the CLAIM CERTIFICATE button
- Confirm details and save a copy for your records
